Kindergarten Supports

 

  • Unwrapped Outcomes for Kindergarten (modifiable Word Document - UPDATED Jan. 2015 with new kindergarten report card standards).  The following documents are intended to support planning for ELA instruction.  They include Outcomes and Indicators, samples of "I Can" statements, rubrics, and connections to key resources.  These documents may be modified for individual classroom needs.

Reading and Writing Curriculum Supporting Documents

The following documents are intended to provide an outline and sequence of the curriculum outcomes, indicators, and language cues and conventions in reading and writing.  Key elements and processes from the curricululm have been summarized for planning and assessment purposes. (Writing - structure, writing process, text forms, conventions) (Reading - pragmatics, textual, syntactic, semantic/lexical/morphological, phonological/graphophonic, other cues and conventions)
