Welcome to PDPlace support at Regina Public Schools

PD Place is your online portal to all professional learning activities in Regina Public Schools. General information concerning the site, video tutorials, downloadable handouts for introduction and training as well as additional support links can be found on this page.

Getting Started with PD Place

PD Place is linked to your division account. Simply navigate to our PD Place site and enter your email username and password. Once logged in you will be able to search for existing learning opportunities, manage your own profile, enter your own professional learning experiences, view the events and session calendar and register for upcoming events.  The system takes care of everything else.

Instructions for Managing Your Profile within PD Place

It is very important that you provide a complete profile.  In PD Place your profile is referred to as your User Account. When completing your profile PD Place will ask you to provide specific information.  Information provided is only available to Regina Public Schools admin personnel and is not shared outside the school division.  This information is used to customize in-service approval processes, event notifications and other communication services within PD Place and, as a result, teachers are asked to enter the following (required minimum) information:

  1. Location [where you work] - you can multiple select
  2. Primary Location [where you work] - pick from the list
  3. Grade Assignment
  4. Position
  5. Employee Group

Instructions for Updating and Sharing Professional Learning Record with PD Place

PD Place has the capability to support teachers when updating and sharing their Professional Learning Record as required by Renewed Professional Growth and Development for Teachers in Regina Public Schools. Instructions for Entering and Recording Completion of Student Achievement Team and/or School-Based Events with PD Place

PD Place has the capability for Student Achievement Team and Schools offering professional learning opportunities to teachers to enter those professional learning opportunities into PD Place so that teachers may record them within PD Place as part of their Professional Learning Record.
