Wilfred Hunt Goes Pink

Wilfred Hunt Goes Pink

On April 1, 2015,  Regina Public Schools students and staff put on pink shirts and joined businesses and others across the province to celebrate the Red Cross Day of Pink. Wilfred Hunt School was just one of many of the schools that joined in the fun to promote anti-bully behaviour and to help all students with the Shared Value of I Belong.

The picture above shows one of the invited guests, at the Wilfred Hunt event, Don Narcisse taking a selfie. Thanks to local news media, including the Leader Post for covering this great event with video and a story. Read the story and see the video here.

Regina Public Schools makes use of the Red Cross's RespectEd program. For more information about what Regina Public Schools does to promote belonging and prevent bullying in schools, follow this link.
